Jack & Vera Watkins / Senior Pastors
Pastor Jack & Vera Watkins came to Portland to Pastor Harvest Christian Center in August of 2000. They came to HCC to after evangelizing nationally for 25 years. Jack & Vera got married on June 22nd, 1974 and immediately entered the evangelistic field and NEVER-LOOKED-BACK!
They have 4 children, Kimberly, Jack jr, Nichole, & Michelle. Each of their children were an intricate part of their ministry. Kimberly and her husband Ray are currently living in Salem Oregon and they have three children, Brianna, Chase, Tripp and 1 in the oven. Jack jr and his wife Charity, are full-time youth pastors in Longview Washington and they have two daughters, Taylor Rose, and Ava Brooklynn. Nichole and her husband Jared are attending Harvest and serve as members of the worship team where Nichole plays the drums and Jared plays the guitar. They are also involved in the children's ministries at HCC. Michelle, who is the youngest of the four, serves as the worship leader at HCC. She leads with the acoustic guitar and directs each worship service with high energy praise and worship through a blend of contemporary and traditional music.
Pastor Jack enjoys golfing, Starbucks, and tennis. Vera enjoys tennis, her children, grandchildren, sewing, reading and allowing Jack to buy her a double-tall-extra hot-half de calf-two splenda-nonfat latte` from Starbucks. WOW!
Pastor Jack is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland TN.

Michelle Watkins / Worship Leader
Michelle is 18 years old, and has been serving as the worship leader at HCC for 4 years. She is working at Red Robin as an expeditor. She arranges a variety of music each week from the traditional to the contemporary. She has a great team of talented musicians behind her to help successfully lead the congregation into the presence of God.

Vince & Shannon Sylvia / C.E. Directors
Vince & Shannon have faithfully attending HCC for close to 25 years. They have 2 children, Justin, & Rebecca. Vince & Shannon coordinate & direct all discipleship classes and curriculum. They are incredibly successful in their approach to ministry at HCC because of their imagination & abilities to reach the youth of HCC through skits/drama/human videos and their knowledge in the word of God.
Vince & Shannon are vital parts of the HCC family and it's goal of reaching the greater Portland area. You can search far and wide, but you will not find a more faithful couple who are more dedicated to loving people.
